This is the student registration for our spring production of Hans Christian Anderson JR.

OPEN TO PERFORMERS IN 2nd-6th grade.
Space is limited to 35 performers

Hans Christian Andersen JR. tells the story of 13-year-old Christian, a boy who struggles with reading and writing but discovers a remarkable gift for storytelling. Narrators Crantz and Guilder guide us through the world and fairytales of Hans Christian Andersen, including "The Little Mermaid," "Thumbelina," and "The Ugly Duckling". A misfit in a new city, Christian escapes his troubles through his stories. When his storytelling catches the attention of his teacher and even royalty, Christian realizes he has a special gift to share with the world.

Everyone registered will be part of the cast, so no audition is necessary unless you want to be considered for a singing or speaking role. PLEASE NOTE: if you have more than 3 conflicts with the rehearsal calendar, we can cast you as ensemble only.

AUDITIONS: January 8, 4:30-6:30
CALLBACKS: January 15, 4:30-6:30
You must be registered to audition, and you will be sent a signup for auditions in your confirmation email when you register.

REHEARSALS:
Every Tuesday & Thursday beginning Jan 27th from 4:30-6:30pm, with a few Saturday rehearsals added in (full schedule will be available at the time of auditions).
Tech week (MANDATORY) : April 20-23

TUITION:
$350 if paid in full at time of registration
$405 if choosing payment plan (split into 3 payments of $135)
We offer a sibling discount of 20%
